Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of personal information from our records.

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

Use these instructions to request deletion of personal information held by My Mobile Mechanic FL, including Facebook Messenger lead or conversation data.

1. How to Request Deletion

Email admin@mymobilemechanicfl.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." You can also call or text +1 239 351 2051.

Include the name, phone number, email address, Facebook profile name, Messenger conversation context, or appointment details needed to identify your records.

2. Facebook and Messenger Data

If you contacted us through Facebook Messenger or a Facebook Page lead flow, tell us that the request relates to Facebook or Messenger data.

We will use the information you provide to locate matching CRM lead records, conversation history, message metadata, and related service request records.

3. What We Delete

When we can verify and locate the records, we will delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed for service, security, legal, accounting, warranty, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleted data may remain briefly in backups or logs until routine retention cycles remove it.

4. What We May Keep

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, bookkeeping, payment records, fraud prevention, warranty support, safety, or resolving disputes.

If we cannot delete a record completely, we will limit retained information to what is necessary for the applicable purpose.

5. Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your request and may ask for additional information to verify the correct records before deletion.

After processing, we will confirm completion or explain why a record must be retained.
